今次小菜菜帶你試下cooking mama嘅香煎魚。今次唔算好成功,但都唔算失敗。我自己就有做小小改善嘅。
食材:
魚塊(我用嘅係比目魚塊)、麵粉、鹽、牛油、裝飾蔬菜、薯條。
步驟:
1. 將麵粉(我係呢度加做鹽,就係用鹽麵粉,我自己整得淡左啲,所以比較建議鹽同麵粉大概10:1)包嗮成塊魚。
2. 融化牛油
3. 煎魚塊(唔使跟video,小火慢煎就得,可以翻多幾次)
4. 裝飾魚塊
