5種方法對症下藥養成每日飲多啲水嘅好習慣

『每日要飲8杯水』,呢個已經係一個老生常談嘅話題了,又有話其實8杯根本唔夠,要飲夠1500ml-2000ml水。

但係,道理我哋都明,做到真係唔容易。今日小編就話你知五種方法針對唔同嘅人唔類型嘅『唔鐘意』飲水。

 

#增加小小味道

很多人唔鍾意飲水係因為覺得水嘅味道太寡。呢個時候就可以係水中加小小味道。比如檸檬、青瓜、薄荷或者少量蜂蜜。

但係,唔可以加太多蜂蜜或者糖,小心會好容易肥嘅。

#搵到你自己最鍾意嘅溫度

又有一些人,比如小編自己,只會鍾意40度左右嘅水。太凍或者太熱都會覺得水唔係咁好飲。如果你都係咁,就觀察下自己最鍾意咩溫度嘅水,用細啲嘅杯,之後晾到你最鍾意嘅溫度之後就飲曬佢,再即刻裝一杯新水。

#改用飲管

仲有一啲人,如果用飲管就會不知不覺飲嗮啲水,但叫佢用杯飲就成日唔記得。如果係咁,就記得用用飲管飲水啦,同時,都可以用大啲嘅水樽,一次過裝多啲水,咁就可以不知不覺飲夠一日嘅quota啦。

#選用適合自己嘅杯

其實前文亦有提到,唔同人會鍾意唔同杯,用錯杯,可能會讓自己本能性遠離飲水呢件事。反之,用左自己鍾意嘅杯,就會傾向於多使用個杯,也就係飲多啲水。

#記住起身擦完牙第一件事就係飲杯水

朝早起身一杯水可以作為起身嘅一種儀式,一方面能讓自己能容易清醒,另一方面也更容易養成習慣。補充了足夠的水分應對起身後嘅新陳代謝加速,也能讓這一天飲更多水。
