我哋之前試過整cooking mama煎牛扒,都算係好味,今日想通大家一齊試下cooking mama嘅煎豬扒。
食材:
豬扒、胡椒鹽、麵粉、食用油、薯條等裝飾。
步驟:
1. 斬斷豬扒的肉筋。
2. 錘大豬扒至肉質松散啲。
3. 係豬扒上撒上薄薄一層胡椒鹽。(再抹勻背面,如果太多可以用水沖洗)
4. 將豬扒上裹上麵粉。
5.中火將豬扒煎至兩面金黃,改小火慢慢煎熟(可以用筷子試探是否煎熟,豬扒一定要煎熟)
6. 用薯條等配菜裝飾豬扒。
完成!
