今次想试一个复杂小小炸鸡扒,话复杂,其实系屋企都可以自己整到!
食材∶
鸡扒、姜、芝麻油、豉油、料酒、面粉
步骤∶
1. 将鸡扒切成细块。

2. 将生姜用擦丝器切成姜末。

3. 分别将芝麻油、姜末、豉油、料酒加入鸡块中。

4. 拌匀之後腌渍10分钟。

5. 将鸡块上裹上面粉

6. 将鸡扒放入热油中炸,炸至金黄浮起,再用筷子试下可否轻易戳穿鸡块,如果可以则熟左。
