今次黎试下Cooking Mama煎牛扒。非常简单易整,选用上等雪花牛扒可以轻松整到大餐风范!
食材∶
牛扒、盐、黑胡椒、牛油、薯条等配菜。
步骤∶
1. 切断牛扒中牛筋部分。
2. 系牛扒上撒上盐同黑胡椒,腌渍5分钟。
3. 融化牛油。
4. 大火将量面煎至变色,後小火慢煎至7成熟(锺意食生可以早起镬)。
5. 加入薯条等配菜。
