今个星期其实系失败品,主要原因都系无放盐!所以小菜菜要带大家黎重新整理呢个食谱。
食材∶
鸡扒、洋葱、食用油、番茄罐头、料酒、月桂叶、盐、白糖。
步骤∶
1. 将鸡扒切成细块(根据个人喜好,可以选择去皮或者唔去皮)。
2. 洋葱半个切成幼条。
3. 炒镬烧热,加入食用油少许,再加入洋葱、鸡肉,炒至8成熟。
4. 换成煮镬,水煲滚之後,加入鸡肉,搅匀後加入番茄罐头、料酒、月桂叶、盐、白糖(也可以加入适量番茄酱调味)搅匀,大火煮至收汁。
呢个改良版配合白饭食应该都会几好食。
