荃湾一带美食非常多,今次我地就到当区相当出名正宗山西刀削面皇食野啦。呢间系家庭式经营店铺,由二十年前开业,并系数年後开设分店,到而家已经成为老字号。店铺本身以人手拉面作为主打,慢慢地改为卖人手制刀削面,而拉面就改为机拉。
夏天 热,想消璁就当然系要食返冰冻野啦!正宗山西刀削面皇除提供各色各样冷盘小食,仲有多款唔同冷刀削面任君选择,大热天时食就哂啦。
凉拌青瓜 $32
呢款冷盘大家都应该好熟悉啦!切成块状青瓜清脆爽口,非常香甜。酱汁食起酸酸甜甜,夏天食就好开胃啦。因为入面加蒜粒同麻油,令青瓜食起更加香。
口水鸡 $50
小食表面洒上花生,鸡肉份量十足,而且肉质嫩滑。酱汁系店铺以红油同埋自己调辣椒酱制成,为鸡肉加添丝丝辣味。
蒜泥熏蹄 $50
熏蹄上面放满大量蒜泥,放上就可以闻到好浓烈蒜香。蒜泥系以生蒜加埋醋制成,食时候会好似芥末 样带一阵呛人鼻腔辣味。蒜泥同熏蹄味道好夹,钟意食蒜话就一定会食到停唔到口。
消璁冰拉面 $58
呢款本身系刀削面,但就可以拣转做拉面或者系米线,今次我地就试拉面。面上冰粒令成个面食散发住冰凉气息,热天食就哂啦。当中加入青瓜丝,熏蹄丝,泰式鸡酱同埋麻辣酱,食之前捞一捞就可以令面条沾上酱汁。酸甜味道令你闷热天气下都可以胃口大开!
刀削面套餐 配豆浆或热饮 单拼$47 双拼$50
呢度刀削面系人手做咖,坐位仲可以见到师传即场削面添!呢次我地拣牛肚同红烧猪手做双拼套餐,刀削面做得好烟韧,牛肚弹牙之馀仲好入味,而猪手就焖到好淋。最正就系个汤底啦,餐厅用猪骨,烧骨同埋鸡壳去煲,出汤清澈鲜甜,夹埋刀削面真系无得弹呀!
